someoneimsure: I believe you mean Buzzardface! That one’s pretty simple. It described a brown tabby and also started with a B. Bark- is way too general to mean anything (bark can be brown, white, grey, black, and even red), so it had to go. I was never fond of the name Barkface anyway.
shinyinfernapes and curiokytti: His name does fit just fine, but there’s two reasons for the change. The first is that Lionpelt/heart in the Redux is more reserved and deadpan, where a -heart cat is usually much more outspoken and openly dedicated to a moral system. Lionpelt is sort of... well, he waits for the tides to come in and all the information to be clear before making a decision. He’s still a respected Clan cat, of course, but for a different reason.

Okay, look, no excuses, I just fucking hate the name Lionheart. I hate the term lion-hearted. This is obviously a play on that. Fuck you. I’m not writing that shit.
