So theres sort of a widely known thing about the caramel/cocoa cloud macchiato. It has egg powder in it and it is good but there’s this weird taste to it. So I experimented and perfected the recipe so here we go Maria:
You are the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiota mixed with vanilla bean powder instead of cloud powder and an extra shot of espresso.
(HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY/WAY TASTIER VERSION TO EVERYONE and it’s SO SO good made with vanilla bean 😩)
Okay so Maria, every long term barista knows that the Iced caramel macchiato is the basic white girl drink all year round (for a good reason. It’s friggin delicious)
But the cloud macchiato is like.. taking it up a notch. It’s different in its texture and how it hits than any other espresso drink. It’s still delicious. And it still has that lovey sweet flavor with sometimes the bitter coffee coming afterwards.
But like. That’s you. You love a lot of basic things or classic things like Pride and prejudice or Cinderella or Taylor swift or Star Wars.
But your love and energy for those things is so DIFFERENT and taken up a notch!! And it’s FRIGGIN DELICIOUS to read your full blown takes on everything. Because I’ll never find a better take on something than yours. I’ll never see a more unique opinion than yours. It’s the most special thing on this hellsite.
Which is also why your version is made with vanilla bean powder because no one else has ever made that drink so I specifically know how special it is so I’m biased as hell and confident this drink is you.
Also had to add an extra shot because listen you are extra bitter sometimes and we still love and need it just like we need that extra caffeine
