I remember being in 6th grade and wondering if I'd "grow up to be a lesbian". I hadn't felt sexual attraction until I felt it for a girl. I always thought I'd have to give up my romantic attraction for boys.
I was so confused because who was I? I realized at 15 I'm bi, and I could finally stop going in circles.At 22 I still feel like I have to answer to people to validate my bisexuality by telling them I took a girl to prom and I *gasp* even dated some. Your own validation is hard, but I don't know if I'll ever get over seeking validation from other people. I have been in a relationship for 3 years, and I still have sexual attraction for people regardless of gender expression. Live your life.
