I finally decided to switch to an Ayurvedic hair regimen. My goal is to minimize my shedding and help with my hairs thickness. I’m also not comfortable with all of the ingredients I found on the back of my hair care products. I made a shampoo, deep conditioner, leave in spray and oil. Health is wealth sooo I’m putting down the flat iron and blow dryer and will see how things are looking in a few months.
