God I’m constantly blown away by the concept of translation. The fact that so many languages are spoken in this world but there is an entire art to making them mean the same thing and that the art comes from going the step further from literal translation into giving it the right flow for whatever given language it’s being translated into. And how maybe the exact wording and phrasing and idiom changes, but the broad strokes and meaning are unchanged.
Like you’re telling me that’s not magic? Enchantment? Alchemy? Get outta here
