           ( she opens the door,           expecting a shipment from the blood bank...                this isn't her delivery man. )

           “ uh...who are you? ”

       ( she's watching you closely as you approach the bar, it's near closing time,                  but she rests her chin on her elbow and raises a brow. )

                 “ and what would be the reason for you                to come around near closing time?                              the sign in front clearly has our schedule. ”

     ”it may not be my place to ask or anything, but isn’t it a bit too early to be drinking? i mean it’s nowhere near rush hour and the bar is nearly empty.”

                              ( it was actually was her place as bartender to worry over her customers…they came around more often that way. )

                         ( ophelie walked into the large manhattan apartment, and threw her jacket on the couch, it was the beginning of the month and she was expecting a shipment of blood to come sometime today. )

                                   ”did we get any packages today a-“

            ( the vampire stopped dead in her tracks, there in her living room was her brother with four or more of his other friends. she marveled to this day at how he could be so care free and fit in so well with the teens when he was around 1,025 years old. )

                                      “did i interrupt anything? i’m sorry i didn’t know you had friends over.”

                “um, yeah we did but don’t worry about it, i put them away. have you met my friends? friends, my sister. sister, my friends.”

                           ( he left the introduction vague so that his friends could introduce themselves…well superficial friends, adrien never allowed himself to have anyone very important to him other than ophelie. these would wither away when the time came and he would still be young. attachment would be stupid of him. )
