The holidays are here, and with it wonderful gifts in my post office box from readers and friends! Here’s part one of two.
I got awesome Kawaii Steve and Tony Christmas ornaments for the tree from @currently2legit, along with owl stickers and the trees-and-car card in the bottom photo. Thank you so much! I have seen good omens for 2017 :D And the ornaments, as you can see, are already on the tree.
@scifigrl47 sent me a lovely stocking full of sweets, a little lion, and the toasty warm scarf (you can’t see that it’s branded EPCOT, but it is, and has Mickeys kicking soccer balls) from the bottom photo. I did not realize it would look like the lion just pooped, but those are MILK CHOCOLATE ALMONDS, which made me crack up laughing. I am eating my way through the candies slowly, rationing my almonds :D
And @shirokou sent me much of what’s in the bottom photo -- the Let It Snow card, the lovely little ceramic origami crane (I have one in white, so they’re going to be displayed together in my new cube at work) and the Crush figurine, the Energy body wash (which I’ve used before and really like!) and the beautiful metal Wisdom bookmark, which I’m going to put in my Nook case -- I always have a bookmark in my Nook case as a joke :D And the fic you sent me was super cute! You should post it and tag me so I can reblog it to share with everyone :)
