I personally do not believe in setting new year resolutions but I do believe in reflecting back and analyzing how far you have come and where is it that you aspire to be. To get the most out of your coming year, I believe, setting intentions and your goals way in advance can do wonders. . The new year seems like a new chance, a new beginning, a new chapter in your life and I would say, take your time in setting the intentions for the coming year. You are the designer of your own life.
