Repost @so_asianflow - Un peu de couleur et d'exotisme dans mon assiette ce midi (il fallait bien ça par cette grisaille aujourd'hui)☀️☀️☀️. 🇲🇾🇸🇬👩🍳UDANG MASAK LEMAK NENAS, ou direction les saveurs de la Malaisie avec un curry de crevettes/ananas parfumé aux épices, feuilles de combava et au lait de noix de coco (pâte de curry:piments rouges, galangal, échalotes,curcuma, pâte de poisson fermentée)😋😋😋. 🇲🇾👩🍳RIZ au jasmin bleu (riz coloré avec des fleurs de pois bleu, clitoria ternatea) et sa garniture (arachides, anchois frits, œufs durs,beignets de crevettes et sauce pimentée)😋😋😋. 🇲🇾👩🍳ROTI JALA, crêpes au lait de coco, crêpes en forme de filet (ma pâte était un peu trop liquide,donc un peu loupé 😉)😋😋😋. . I made this Malaysian meal yesterday evening, but was not in the mood for putting it on IG 😴😴. Udang masak lemak nenas, a delicious flavourful and aroma packed curry of pineapple and prawns in a spicy coconut milk gravy😋😋. Blue rice (soaked butterfly peas flowers in hot water) with it's garnish (fried peanuts, fried anchovies, eggs, prawn crackers and a spicy sauce). Roti jala , Malaysian coconut milk flavoured crêpes (my batter was too thin, therefore they didn't come out nicely...I was too tired to give it a second try though). It is pouring here, windy and not really nice...
