Make a paste of 1 inch ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, 1/2 onion and transfer to a large bowl. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder ( 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili podwer) and add yo the bowl. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar (any) 5. Add salt to taste (1 tsp) 6. Add a full onion cut into thin pieces. 7. Add the meat (chicken, lamb, beef, pork, chicken liver, venison, fish pieces, shrimp, etc.) and mux well. 8. Keep aside for 30 minutes and bake in an air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes while checking in between to see if the items are well cooked. You can use a microwave oven or regular oven too. 9.
