We’ve been going to @brookgreen_mk every 1 or 2 weeks for a while now and I’ve seen @beyroots.eat there on most occasions but always went with something else, until last week. I wish I had tried them a lot sooner as I LOVED this wrap! The Lebanese street food truck has a selection of flatbread wraps and I went for grilled lamb, with Garlic sauce, chilli sauce, and tahini, then I added Halloumi to it. Other options include chicken, falafel, and Halloumi on its own. Ingredients: 4 lamb chops. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary. 1 teaspoon chopped thyme. 1 cup V. Sattui Cabernet Sauvignon.

Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Rub the mixture over both sides of the lamb chops.
