Ingredients: 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes. 1/2 cup yogurt. 2 tablespoons curry powder. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon minced ginger. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Bamboo skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Mix yogurt, curry powder, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes to the sauce and coat them well. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and no more than 2 hours with the lid on. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up.
