So I’m unemployed…I quit my job with no backup & am taking a couple weeks off for my mental health before getting back in the getting a paycheck somehow game…

Twas all aglow for a near solid week either cozy with family for my favorite holiday or embraced by the loveliest in an alternate beach bum reality complete with moonlit epiphanies & the utmost of appreciations..then yesterday hit hard like a bitchslap to the face...my luggage is lost & i must prepare myself for the fight to not be eaten alive by work over the next 7 days...must be determined & focused to get on with my striving to thrive planning & scheming...

Being single tis tough when broke cuz tis often cheaper or cost comparable to eat out or get delivery as opposed to cooking...which would be even cheaper if i didn't like beer so much...going out/booze helps the lonely/serves as consolation yet tis followed by guilt of spending money...vicious adulthood cycles...

Things that suck about today...

My outfit was on point & nobody noticed.

I took a real lunch, ordered food only to wait 20 minutes after the pickup time, which with the walk took my whole break.

Someone I kicked outta work for panhandling told me to get a real job.

Feeling rejected cuz no word from most recent date & no other options out there for me.
