CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH MY HTML?
I figured out how to make my cursor a puffer (AND I LOVE IT) but i want bubbles to come off of my cursor and i cant figure out how to do it. i pasted the code after <head> and no luck, i pasted the code after <body>, before <body>, inside <body> evERYWHERE I COULD THINK TO PASTE IT AND IT STILL WONT WORK. i even tried it without the puffy cursor, thinking they were interfering but still no luck :( help me!
