On this condo renovation in Indian Harbour Beach we tore out a lot of the metal framing, drywall and reconfigured the kitchens layout. In the media room we installed a second layer 5/8" SoundBreak® XP® Gypsum Board made by the National Gypsum Company along with Green Glue Compound and Green Sealant. We framed the curved soffits with Ready-Track flexible metal framing and used two layers of 1/4" High Flex Drywall by National Gypsum. For the curved ceiling we used Trim-Tex Archway Bead. The inset baseboards were done with James Hardie Cement Board and waterproofed with Aqua-Defense lLiquid Membrane.
