What Does Free Branding On A Corporate Gift Hamper Actually Cover?
Four surfaces: the gift box, the ribbon, the message slip and the sticker. Your logo or your company colours go on all four at no extra cost, with no minimum order quantity attached. You do not have to buy a hundred hampers to unlock it, and it does not appear as a set-up fee at the end of the quote.
Why we do not charge for it
Because charging for it makes the wrong thing happen. Branding gets dropped from the order to protect the budget, and the company that spent four thousand dollars on client gifts ends up with a box that could have come from anyone.
The whole point of a corporate gift is that the recipient knows who sent it three months later, when they are deciding who to call. A plain box does not do that.
What good branding looks like on a hamper
Restrained. The box and the ribbon carry the brand. The message slip carries the human part.
The most common mistake is treating the hamper as advertising space: logo on the box, logo on the ribbon, logo on the sticker, and then a message slip that reads like a marketing email. The recipient notices the difference immediately. A gift that is really an ad is worse than no gift, because it tells them exactly how you think about the relationship.
Get the branding onto the packaging and let the note sound like a person wrote it. Every hamper includes a free printed personalised message on an A5 compliments slip, so use it properly. The recipient's name, the specific thing you are marking, and a signature from an actual human being.
Agency colours, not just logos
For real estate agencies, brokerages and franchise networks, the colour work often does more than the logo. A box and ribbon in your agency colours reads as yours at a glance, from across a kitchen bench, without a single word of branding on it. Agents use this constantly for settlement and closing day gifts.
The one deadline that matters
Once artwork or branding has been approved, the order is locked. There is no change of mind refund on a branded or personalised order after sign off, or once production has started, and that is standard across the industry rather than something peculiar to us.
The practical consequence is simple. Get the artwork right before you approve it, not after. Check the logo file, check the colour, and check the spelling of the recipient's name, because that is the one nobody double checks and the one everybody notices.
What it costs
Nothing. That is the whole answer.
