Remakes of my "Bash and Bubbler" mob designs from last year!
These aren't intended for any mods (since I don't do Minecraft mods anymore), they're just fun proof-of-concept designs.

Remakes of my "Bash and Bubbler" mob designs from last year!
These aren't intended for any mods (since I don't do Minecraft mods anymore), they're just fun proof-of-concept designs.
The "Sea Squid" from Bionicle but as Minecraft mobs, taking heavy inspiration from their design in the 2007 trailers!
Available in four flavours (yellow, orange, teal and green), based on the colours they were available in (yellow and orange came in the 2007 "Barraki" sets, while teal and green came in a bonus "refill" pack which I had for some reason? Probably because the squids were green, which is my favourite colour; I never got the hang of the actual squid-launcher pieces, so I didn't really lose any of them that way...)
Pufferfish and Tropical Fish Clownfish models based on this artwork from 2015 (with the fins and stuff being de-chunkified like how most mobs' models work, since judging by how the Guardian in the image is depicted, that's clearly a stylistic choice).
The Clownfish's colours are sampled directly from the image, while Pufferfish's colours were colour-corrected first to remove the blue tint.
Decided to make a Minecraft version of the Blockhopper from NSMB!
The first one is based on the original design and uses the same palette, while the other 3 are "Minecraftified" (top-left is a Mangrove Swamp-themed Overworld version, bottom-left is Nether, bottom-right is End)
A delightful mimic!
The Bash and the Bubbler, earth- and water-themed members of the "elemental mobs with names that start with the letter B".
No, I do not intend to mod these into the game.
Information below!
Sculk Hand mob concept.
They have a chance to spawn on Sculk Catalysts located above sea level (Y=62), and can move across to adjacent Sculk blocks, producing a particle-trail as they do so in order to show their location.
Modding-break mob-design practice #3: Head-Thrower
I've been playing a lot of Cruelty Squad recently, so I ended up implementing some of that game's aesthetic and palette into the design.
If I put it in a mod, it would be a hostile mob that spawns in a new floating maze structure and makes creepy high-pitched giggling noises.
