Hi there !! I have an android too and I usually use these 2 launchers called "Launcher OS 2025" & "ilauncher " they're pretty easy and helpful to use.
And then just search on youtube, google or Pinterest for some ideas and instructions there's a lot of good tutorials. Here is my Pinterest i always post phone themes that i customize 🙌🏻.
