Tips for Customer Service:
1) Always look (in the back, one the registry, at the lost and found list) even it you know its not there, pretend.
2) Sympathize, or at least pretend to, even if you couldn't care less.
3) Always explain things with the simplest words possible. Like you're explaining to a three year old.
4) if a customer does something stupid/ against the rules, and then sasses you when you ask them not to (ex. I know what i’m doing) then simply say, “then you should know you aren’t supposed to do that.” if they get confrontational, call upon a higher power, like your manager.
5) If the manager sides with the customer over you when you were clearly right, or punishes you for something a customer did, quit. You don’t want to work there, trust me.
