Yesterday I went to take down a dead fruit tree. Second cut, and the chain binds up like crazy. I didn’t try too hard, but chain slipping etc to someone who has as much time on a bike saddle as I doesn’t usually require much thought. But it seemed stuck beyond reasonable applications of force, so I put it away. The tree remained. This morning it slipped into place so quickly I was surprised. Score one for me.
