You were the moon, captivating in beauty,
Gentle yet mysterious.
The sun and the moon, my love—
A perfect duo, but destined never to stay together.
Our love was an eclipse, breathtaking and rare,
But it could never last forever.
You and I weren’t meant to be together like ordinary soulmates.
We’ll meet others, create new stories,
But deep down, we both know—
What we shared was a once-in-a-lifetime miracle.
You and I know it.
The skies above us know it.
The moon and stars know it.
God and all His angels know it.
One day, I’ll meet you again,
In heaven.
