If you give a bard an apple, he will probably want some cider to go with it.
And when you give him some cider, he will probably ask you to join him in a picnic so he can share it with you!
And when he finds the perfect spot, he will lay down his cape as a blanket. He will plop down, and then open his arms and invite you to sit right next to him.
He thinks to himself how you are very beautiful. Suddenly, he decides it's time to write a poem about you!
If he's going to write a poem about you, there must be adventure. So...he takes you on an adventure!
You go to the beach, to the forest, and then you go to the mountains. It's very pretty...but it's very chilly. He will probably snuggle you for warmth until you get home, where there is a warm tavern waiting.
After some nice warm soup and drink, the bard will feel inspired to share his poem with you! And the tune of his lyre doesn't go unnoticed- he finds himself offered a nice big mug of cider, along with pleas for him to sing again.
But your rosy cheeks remind him of apples.
And if you give a bard some cider, he will probably want an apple to go with it.
