Wait, do people skip the first season of 911? I just finished it for the first time and I looooooved it.
omg yes LOTS of people skip it especially in the S7 scramble when people were trying to get caught up 😔 and i think it’s because it does have a slightly different energy and there are a few of my very best friends who don’t come on the show until S2 but S1 is so so lovely and crazy and important and sets up so many character arcs!!!!! and so much backstory. like HOW are you supposed to understand [future buck derangement spoilers] without knowing he started out as a self-diagnosed sex addict who then got his poor little heart broken by abby clark as part of her eat pray love journey!!!!!! and how are you supposed to understand [future chim things] without knowing he got dumped mid-proposal and then took rebar through the skull about it. like. bobby killing his family!!!! hen and karen’s marital struggles!!!! buck and bobby delivering babies in a yoga studio!!! ugh.
