There was no way he had time for this. While he stood around, being stalled by Todoroki's verbal note of observation, the henchmen were getting further away, at this rate they'd make an escape without getting the pummeling they deserved! And the hot-tempered student was not about to allow that to happen. He was going to kill them for even entertaining the thought that they'd make it out of an altercation with him, alive!

The only risk he cared about was not taking any risks at all!
