😇 = Angel verse + 😈 = Demon verse ][For Finn! I think these two ought to meet. Rhys being the demon, of course. (I haven't played a demon in ages and thought it would be fun... honestly I should bring one of my two demons as a muse to tumblr or discord but that takes /effort/. If you ever wanna meet them tho I'd be happy to bring them out.)][

Everyone expected angels and demons to look very differently from what they did. Angels were expected to look fit and worthy of the many fathers and mothers of heaven, with golden locks and bright white wings and a halo that showed that you were a child of the start and the beginning. Demons in the other hand, were expected to have bright red skin with horns that stretched up and wild tails that would trap you so that you could be tortured for the rest if your sinful mortal life in brimstone and fire.
Finn thought that was a bit silly. Not that hell wasn't something to fear - it was as far as he had heard! - but he didn't really look anything like the paintings. He had dark messy hair that turned white in winter, tanned skin and was certainly more chubbier than anything he'd seen. Flying that high needed some warmth really! Not to mention his cleft lip and the set of rabbit ears that replaced where his human ones were meant to go along with a fluffy little rabbit's tail, thanks to some other angels who thought it'd be funny to tell him all humans had these before coming down to his father's little project.
Really, the only thing he had to be proud of was his bright teal eyes and the lovely warm brown wings with white and feathers that trailed into pink, golden ichor inscriptions running across the feathers and around his body. Finn was new to earth, sent down to help those in need and smite evil where it dared showed it's face. Sadly, he was only really good at one of those things, being a bit too soft for hurting anyone, even demons.
And to make matters worse, he'd just found out that not all demons were ugly and red. This one was his first ever demon alone and the angel was almost ashamed at the way he'd leaped back and yelped, brightening up briefly with holy light in fear and surprise. The demon her- himself was bright and looked as if he could trick Finn into handing him his wings and halo on a platter to him. No one told him that they were as bright as snow or that they looked small and delicate! Someone could mistake the demon for a woman if they couldn't sense the darkness radiating from him like Finn could!
"I- you're-" Finn stammered before seemingly taking a deep breath and taking another step back. "You're a demon!" It was stating the obvious but he was shocked! What was a demon doing, lazing around by a small pond not far from a tiny village? There clearly wasn't enough souls to damn or whatever demons planned to do.
