Quick Quarantine Check In:

Hey guys! I just wanted to make sure everyone's doing okay in this crazy time!

Make sure you're all drinking a lot of fluids (especially water) for the next couple of weeks.

If you're running out of food, or dont have enough, local businesses (at least in my area) are setting up free meal nights for those who need it, as well as leaving a couple of hours open in the day for the elderly to shop by themselves, so they dont have to get pushed around by all the Karens.

If you cant get access to food there are easy to follow soda bread recipes online that do in a pinch. If you happen to have a few loaves of bread, throw one in the freezer if you can. It'll keep longer.

If you have food eat perishables first! I dont mean frozen pizzas either. I mean like, fruits and vegetables, milk, oj, cheese and meats, stuff like that.

Wash your hands, and don't travel!

If you ran out of hand sanitizer or soap Rachel Ray posted a video on her you tube about how to make homemade hand sanitizer.

As tempting as it is, try not to spend the entire quarantine online. Pick up a new skill and practice it. Go back and read a few of your favorite books (or ones you haven't read yet.) If you have a front or back yard spend an hour or two outside.

Talk to people if you need to, it doesnt have to be your family or the people you're quarantined with. If you ever need a stranger on the internet to talk to I'll be checking my messages daily and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Hopefully everyone stays safe and is able to get everything they need!
