honestly, Glitch (same studio as TADC) has really kickass stuff. the Knights of Guinevere pilot is our favourite of theirs so far. Guinevere is a programmed system of Different Guineveres for various "roles" who undergoes torture repeatedly. I am so excited to see where they go with it, because a lot of that "early Disney VHS" shit goes hand in hand with our own experiences, and the imagery is powerful and terrifying.
I haven't seen all of Digital Circus but I am definitely going to watch it all now! because we really relate to Guinevere and her princess programming and we are desperate for more media that speaks to our experiences a little more... and Gaslight District was so good too! it has some interesting themes that you might relate to, I found the whole thing to be very... religious cult survivor living in an organized abuse town, but that's just my perspective.
honestly I'm just here to say if you liked the digital circus, when you are done, you should check out Knights of Guinevere, the teaser is only a few seconds long but I think you'll see what I mean? and if the teaser (not the trailer, the little teaser clip!) peaks your interest, I would LOVE to hear your take on the pilot! (Obviously no pressure!! I am just super excited hehe)
