Chao World Extended has been updated to 9.5.3.7!

-Chao name font rendering system is completely revamped, should have much much better spacing now

-The garden object layout changes are now disableable under "Different ___ Garden Object Layout" options, in the Miscellaneous Features section of the config

-Redid some hero garden skybox textures

-Fixed issues with daynight cycle shiny texture interpolation

-Revamped skybox rendering yet again, this is the best we can go to using the current method to interpolate the texture, custom shaders will be needed to fix any further issue (this should hopefully address the hero garden cloud complaints to the best of our current time and ability)

I made homemade gyro last week and there was some leftover so I was able to try and recreate Matt’s favorite thing from our time in St Louis: the Bill’s Special omelet from The Majestic Diner that closed in 2014 after over fifty years.

The omelet is gyro, feta, onions, and tomatoes (Matt also remembers olives, which he may have added special, but every review or post about this on the internet does not.). I went deep on old food blog posts yesterday (this place was not fancy. It was an after shift bar for the hospital workers, a grungy but excellent Greek diner in two wood paneled rooms). I saw a photo of the home fried potatoes and was inspired. Last night I cut and par boiled two small white potatoes I had leftover. This morning I fried them with a lot of butter and oil, onions, salt, and paprika. And fried them crispier than they would get at the Majestic.

I cut and seared the gyro. Added diced grape tomatoes that I deseeded (they would use tomato slices for the burger that made the whole thing wet - eggs and tomatoes are not friends) and red onion. Made it fritatta style as that’s what I’m best at. Threw in diced smoked Kalamata olives and feta after all the searing, with the eggs.

Matt loved it. I tried the potatoes, they were great. 10/10 would make him happy and do this again (plus homemade gyro makes Greek Salad Night [eat a bunch of green things night] more fun.
