hello, everyone! we come to you today to give an update on things around the main - but first, we want to formally apologize for how slow things have been on our end recently! i know we’ve already mentioned it a few times in the tags of posts and such but life got suddenly busy for the both of us and we haven’t had much time or energy to do a lot of stuff, most notably reviewing the apps we’ve received. for that, we are truly sorry for making everyone wait!

we are currently making our way through them though, however because we let so many pile up, it will take us a bit as we may also need to message some applicants and also make the acceptance posts. although we’re sorry for any further wait on acceptances, we’d appreciate your understanding!

the other thing we wanted to mention was that we are EXTENDING THE DEADLINE ON SEER PROMPT RESPONSES UNTIL OCTOBER 20TH! while members still only have until the 15th to reblog the participation post, those who have by then will receive a prompt if they haven’t already. i believe we’ve sent out prompts to everyone who’s reblogged at the time of this post ( before midnight on october 12th ) so if you did not receive one, please message us!

lastly, we also wanted to remind members that activity checks are still being held every thursday at 10pm! if we post any acceptances later today, october 13th, those new members will only need to have an intro posted by the next activity check on october 21st in order to not be cleared since we have been pretty behind on acceptances and that’s no one’s fault but ours.

to wrap things up, we would like to thank all our members for continuously posting and to all the applicants who’ve sent in an app so far!! we still can’t believe the level of interest we’ve received and while we’ve hit a small patch of low activity on our ends, we appreciate the continued interest! as thanks and to give you guys a little preview of something, look forward to this friday! 👀

hey, guys! just popping in quickly since we’ve had some questions regarding it but as they were answered privately, we thought it’d be beneficial to make it publicly known information as well.

that being said, we wanted to let everyone know that in the event that you are cleared in an activity check but still want to remain in the roleplay, if you message us within 24 hours of an activity check to say so AND make a new IC post during that same time frame, we will add you back to the roleplay and master list. this will be added to our guidelines after!

we understand that things in life can pop up suddenly which prevent you from being able to be active or even make a post, however please remember that we have been doing activity checks every thursday and will continue to do so until further notice. if you have not posted between the last activity check and the upcoming one then you will be cleared - no exceptions! if you have even a spare moment to send us a quick message before an a/c happens to let us know you still have intentions of being active but something came up (or to ask for a full hiatus no matter the length of it as long as it’s within our limit of 1 month), we would be more willing to give you some leniency.

we would also like to remind everyone about THE ANNOUNCEMENT we made recently regarding activity rules! it’s a long read but we really would appreciate if it (along with our GUIDELINES) are read and followed as they are there for a reason. writing and roleplaying is meant to be a hobby and while we don’t expect anyone to always be constantly posting (however we do appreciate anyone who is very active because we love to see it!!), we only require one (1) IC post a week whether it be a solo (things like the royal report task we just did where an aesthetics moodboard was allowed along with answers to the given questions are acceptable too), a thread reply, or when we have a meme going on then a response to one that is 150 words minimum is also okay.

thank you for reading, and we hope everyone understands where we’re coming from! we want to treat every member equally so we will be upholding every member to the same standards and guidelines that we’ve set as well.

as promised, we have updated our GUIDELINES with the new rules about face claim changes, as well as added a deadline on application revisions we might ask someone to make! the rule about face claim changes can be found under “after acceptances” and the deadline for application revisions is under “applying” but for your convenience, we’re including the rules below as well:

face claim changes are allowed, with a 1 month cooldown period in between changes. simply message us with your new face claim and wait for us to reply before changing your icons, graphics, etc!

if we notice a member changing faces too frequently though, we will contact them individually so please do not abuse this or we may make the cooldown longer for everyone.

if we contact you with questions or about revisions to your app, you have 72 hours (3 days) to re-submit it with the necessary changes. failure to will result in your app being rejected and your face claim (and premade, if any) being made available - but please re-apply if/when you have more time!

if anyone has any further questions about these new rules, don’t be shy to ask! we are happy to help and clear up any confusion we can. thank you!!

hello everyone! this is just a quick post to let you all know that the queue will be starting in half an hour but with the amount of apps we received, everything will be posted very quickly as we’re hoping to get everything up by 9 PM. please refrain from posting anything on-dash until the entire queue is finished (you’ll know because we post an official opening post to end it) including any visuals, musing, intros, IC posts, etc just so they don’t get lost between all the acceptance posts! if you spot any mistakes in your acceptance posts when they’re posted, feel free to let us know; otherwise, we’ll see you all at the end of the queue! ♡

hello, everyone!! we first want to apologize for the radio silence on our ends the past few days! life got busy for us both and with other priorities and obligations we have (like school or work), we didn’t have much time or energy to review apps as quickly as we would normally. we didn’t receive many new asks aside from ones for reserves though, which is also why we haven’t been posting much so we hope you understand! i think we’re both still going to be a bit busier this upcoming week as well though so if we seem a bit more quiet then please keep this in mind!! but generally if anyone contacts us, we try to reply within the day or so. if we take a few days, we promise we aren’t ignoring anyone as we may be discussing something before answering or we just haven’t gotten to it yet.

this isn’t what the main point of this notice is about, however (although we felt it needed to be mentioned)! what we want to remind you all about is that ANYONE WHO JOINED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 9TH is required to have at least one (1) in character post (since september 9th) in order to pass this week’s activity check. ANYONE WHO JOINED ON/AFTER is required to have just an intro up!

this is what we’ll be using as our guideline for activity checks going forward with regards to new members as we do rolling acceptances and thus, can’t guarantee that the day we accept a member will be early enough in the week for them to have the time to plot and/or get something IC up. this has been added to the GUIDELINES as well!

hi again! with our last batch of acceptances, we are now at a more even distribution across kingdoms (with the exception of clovers but we’ll get there, we hope!) so we are happy to announce that THE CAP ON MUSES FROM THE HEARTS KINGDOM IS NOW LIFTED!!

going forward, we will be accepting muses for any kingdom - although we would like to encourage any potential incoming muses to consider picking the clovers kingdom for their muses just to keep things even. however, in the end, your muse should be how you envision so if you find them better suited for another kingdom then by all means, please select it for them! we won’t reject anyone for choosing a more popular kingdom but we may have to impose another temporary cap in case we get an overwhelming imbalance again.

due to an imbalance of muses per kingdom (with our current ratio being 10 CLOVERS / 15 HEARTS / 5 SPADES), we are placing a TEMPORARY CAP ON MUSES FROM THE KINGDOMS OF HEARTS, not including any premades requiring the muse to be from it (if any are made available in the meantime). once we have a more balanced ratio, we will lift this cap and make a new update saying so!

for those who applied prior to this announcement whose chosen kingdom is hearts, you will not be asked to change it to one of the others (unless you request so yourself). this cap is only in effect going forward for any incoming muses and applications after this post!
