The 24-hour @cathaypacific delay turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because we were delighted upon seeing ISM Tess Cabalar (pictured here with yours truly) leading her brood (Mia, Annie, Angela, Karen, and many more familiar faces) into the SFO-bound #CX872 plane. One of the most sincere and warmest managers, she singlehandedly got me started in thinking of flying First and Business without her even saying anything. I hope Cathay Pacific realizes what an asset they have in Ms. Cabalar.
