A snort escapes her as he speaks. Clearly he is showing off. Of course she knows about people with superpowers, but no one can be that super. She rolls her eyes at him before she feels the chair starting to move underneath her. Gripping tight in the seat, she looks down watching as her feet hover above the ground. Eyebrows raise in slight surprise and she gives a small nod.

                  “Well, what do you know! Not bad, not bad at all.”

Terra was not a fan of this particular city. The last time she had been here she had been under orders by Slade to steal some information. Now she was a different person. Now she was a full-fledged ‘hero’, but chances were someone would recognize her from the old days.

She was walking through the streets, it was darker than nights usually were. The moon and stars covered by clouds. He body language read ‘care free’, but her mind was buzzing. Someone was behind her, and had been for a while. She could sense their footsteps through the earth.

She quickly turned down a side street and used her powers to pull a few bricks free of the dilapidated building to her left.

“Who are you?” She asked when they walked around the corner.

“Oh, no, don’t worry—there’s no reason to be nervous,” she breathed out a chuckle and shook her head, “I just wasn’t sure if I could trust you and now that I know I can—I just wanted to tell you that I have powers.”
