Bruce feels himself beginning to ache, his head pounding, his hands shaking, feeling like it was wrong. And it was. He had shifted down from the Hulk and they were still in battle. This wasn't good at all.

He tries to make it work with the shreds of pants  he has left, managing to get a weapon from a villain and trying to fight back. From the corner of his eye, he sees Hawkeye go down and he's there before he can really blink, killing the threat before they can hurt him.

"Other Guy's down," he is saying immediately, head whipping around, looking for a threat before he's offering Clint a hand. "Gonna have to work with what we got. Tell Cap."

Parker jumped up in surprise, looking over at Clint right after. “Wh-?” She didn’t finish her question, just giving him a look that incorporated something that looked like a smirk and a raise of the eyebrow.

Natasha stared at Clint, eyebrows flying up in an instant. "You two meaning--who, exactly? Please don't tell me you think Bucky and I are still a thing. We haven't been one since right after I met you, and--why would it matter if we were, anyway?"

Natasha blinked, a tiny smile tugging at her lips despite her red eyes. "You're such an idiot," she murmured, running a hand through her hair as they sat in opposite corners of the couch. "I mean, so am I. I--I've been wanting to say it for a while, but then I got so angry, and..." She sighed, looking to him uncertainly. "This means we're... We're okay, right? I want to be. I don't want to break up. I--" She paused, taking a breath. It'd been ages since she'd loved, really, and back then hadn't been anything close to what she felt right now. "I love you, Clint."
