SYMBOL MEME. //  ☎: the last person my musemade a phone call/sent a letter to and why

    I didn’t feel like using a muggle or modern verse so I changed it to fit in with the wizarding world ( as I assume not many wizards & witches - especially in the 1920s - know how to use a phone c: ).

The last person he sent a letter to was his SISTER VIVIAN. It was quite a long letter in which he apologized for the fact he couldn’t come over to celebrate Christmas with the rest of the family– he simply didn’t have the time. It was written briefly after the chaotic incidents concerning Newt Scamander’s fantastic creatures and Timothy was already working extra hours to get the massive amounts of work done. However, he did promise he would take a couple of days off in March or April & try to visit his family then.

To say that social niceties were wasted on Aurelia was an understatement. The fact that she was standing in the middle of a sidewalk while others bustled past was proof of that, though it could easily be explained away that she was simply not from the city. 

Pulling a wand and Summoning an oyster off of a nearby food cart, however, was most certainly not something that was quite as easy to explain. This was actually Lia’s third attempt. The first two had been interrupted by passersby, and their remains lay trampled underfoot on the sidewalk. A waste of food, but so far no one seemed to notice her.

Graves grunted with a mixture of surprise and pain as the woman shoved him against the wall, and he was almost positive he had received some form of concussion as his head bounced off it. “What-?!”

Do you know of any non-selective roleplayers in the FB community? Asking because I'm new and don't know anyone all that well yet. :)

i can’t think of any off the top off my head, since many rpers i know are selective in some way. however, usually they will put in their sidebar description whether or not they are selective, and to what degree ( semi, highly, etc ).  

being selective isn’t necessarily a bad / intimidating thing, it just means they’ll check out your muse info & rules to see how compatible they are for a thread, among other things. compatibility & inspiration are so important in rp because no one wants to write something they aren’t interested in !! i have found in my experience that if your character is fleshed out enough and you have minimal grammar / spelling errors, most people would be willing to write with you.
