Nature is art.
cyanotype april
It’s currently way too overcast to do any decent cyanotyping and it’s making me feel pent up and itchy so here’s some stuff I did with The Best Friend from last summer. I made us matching notebooks out of our prints.
a desert love song
I remain obsessed with desert textures.
I really enjoy making collages out of negatives while cyanotyping, and I’ve been playing with ways of making them feel more like gallery pieces. I love the idea of the desert framing itself. Textures surrounding and complimenting the natural curves of sandstone within a slot canyon, without detracting from it.
