Decided that unnamed cyborg 2 from the 90s LEGO theme “CYBERSLAM” absolutely deserves at least one piece of fanart on the internet.

Did you get anything else for your b-day besides the virtual boy?
Sort of. Since nobody ever knows what to get for me I invariably just get money for my birthday. This year it went towards getting almost every set from Lego’s bizarre technic “Cyberslam” theme from the 90s that I did fanart of a while back. It centers around a series of cyberpunk death sports and one of the teams is a bunch of edgy teen cyborgs with loads of purple insect themed vehicles with insane mechanical features.
The giant scorpion on the right has one of the weirdest features I’ve ever seen in a toy. When you hit the target it goes into “panic mode” which means it reveals a second face under it’s angry one, lunges forward and snaps it’s claws around whatever it hits.
The giant spider is motorized to scuttle around on the ground in unpredictable patterns and if you hit the target it launches the pilot out of his seat.
And here’s just a pic of the figures because I am certain I must of designed them in a past life. I’m sure they burst into a terrible rap song and breakdance session after every victory.
