1. Aimee

I don’t really get much of a homeless vibe from this but I honestly don’t care. Aimee’s face is absolutely stellar: the light is highlighting her bone structure beautifully and her eyes are piercing. Her pose is simple but I still think it looks super high fashion. She’s made the clothes look amazing! I wish she had stood with her legs closer together, but it’s just a minor issue. It’s not a flawless photo, but a very strong one nonetheless.

2. Marvita

I love the simplicity of this photo. Marvita is selling the homeless concept without sacrificing the fashion aspect. Her outfit looks amazing! The hand placement seems natural and not contrived, and the relaxed pose works wonderfully. Marvita’s face looks tough/strong in the wide shot but once you go up close it’s not that amazing. I’m not really getting enough feeling from her eyes. Everything else in this photo is strong enough to make up for it though.

3. Whitney

I am living for the wind in Whitney’s hair! I think her face is amazing here as well: there’s just a touch of anger in her expression that fits the brief well and her bone structure is standing out. She’s brought the clothes to the forefront as well. I wish she had shown her arms better and I think her legs look a bit short, but overall this is a great shot of Whitney.

4. Anya

A strong start for Anya but not exactly FCO worthy. I think it’s a little too posey, especially the hand in her hair, but I do appreciate all of the angles and the clothes look good. I love her face here and she looks remarkably fashionable for a homeless person. A lot of the photos this week were pretty good, but flawed, so I understand how/why Anya got called first and I wasn’t mad about it even if she wasn’t my personal #1.

5. Lauren

Lauren is showcasing her outfit super well and I love the tough energy in this photo. There’s confidence in her stance and she’s fully committed to the pose. I think that she could’ve brought some more life out in her eyes, but her face still photographed really well.

6. Claire

Claire’s hands are super weird looking and distracting, but I love everything else about this. I love the masculinity she’s bringing out in her face and she’s connecting well with the camera. She made the sketchy outfit actually look decent and she’s not overwhelmed by the styling like a few of the other girls.

7. Fatima

Fatima’s face is so stunning to me in this shot. Her emotion is so genuine and raw, plus her cheekbones are popping like crazy. I love her hunched body language, but I think she needed to angle her body more towards the camera so that her outfit isn’t so blocked off. If I could see the clothes better this would be up 2 or 3 spots.

8. Allison

I pretty much like all of the photos from here on up. Allison’s face hasn’t caught the light in the best way, but I still find myself actually liking this shot. The angsty expression fits the brief well, but I think she could’ve brought a little more out in her eyes. I like her slightly broken down body language and she’s displaying the clothes well too. Overall it’s a pretty good picture of a horrible human being.
