Cycle of Anxiety

Sometimes these little things hit home..... I've been super anxious lately and with anxiety comes feelings. Hardest part is putting them to paper (or typing them) because in the moment that I receive a hug, or a smile or have a fulfilling conversation I can't figure out how to even write it but my soul is ignited and I love it! So many thoughts and so much to write but no foreseeable way to do it... #cycleofanxiety
