Belt drive design prevents stalling and blocking from rigid connection. Rotatable manganese steel hammers with tungsten carbide overlay are tough and anti-breakage, service life reaches 600–1200 hours. Various screen sizes from 12mm to 100mm optional, to meet different particle and ultra-fine crushing needs. Precision dynamic balanced rotor and heat-treated main shaft ensure stable running and long service life. Full dust removal system reduces dust emission greatly, eco-friendly and suitable for long-time working.
