I know we're a primarily ME-oriented group (and there's been a lot of love on the confessions blog within us) but I have to just take this post and commend two blogs that are neither ME or Star Wars because they are near and dear to my Battlestar Galactica heart and I wanted to do it on my blog, not somebody else's.
First up is Solus, aka lonesomecylon. The second is another, unnamed RDM!Centurion known as cylochromatic.
If you aren't following both of these blogs, you really should. They're stupendous. They took complete background characters that have very little role in the RDM!BSG series other than shooting bullets and grenades and made them alive. They talk, they think, they debate. The writers made Centurions human which is something the series didn't do and really couldn't do (seeing as they were lobotomized) halfway through. Making a Centurion talk is something I never considered. Having them set into the future (as the series saw them gain their independence) is something I never considered either.
I love interacting with these two and really, really can't wait to interact with them more.
