Family : Orchidaceae
Common Names : Cymbidium / boat orchid
Named 'cym' in horticultural trade, this little stunner is otherwise known as an orchid. Cymbidium hookerianum is one which is found in India, China and Vietnam and specifically in the city of Bhutan, the species is considered a delicacy and used in a dish of spicy curry or stew called "olatshe". That's my months dash done, now on to the next project.
