Yujiboru Nightcaller:

30 years old

Abandoned at six years old, raised by everyone in the small village he was left at, at 16 his village was attacked and he was the sole survivor though he was left with a burn scar around his neck, he pleaded with the king of the nation to do something but was branded as insane, he was sent to live in the Church of Fate who completely brainwashed him into believe everything that happens is out of his control and Fate is the only one who has any say, he served as a cleric until he met a demon at 19, the demon vowed to destroy those responsible for killing everyone in Yuji's village, thinking it was Fate he agreed, since then he has been a loyal servant of the demon

Luther Barlcay:

28 years old (physically) several thousand years (literally)

Born partially blind and adopted as an infant, served the church as a way to repay the love and kindness he had received from his mother and the town he grew up in, his sight grew worse as he aged and even with his glasses he can only see shapes, at 25(ish) he was invited to a small town to serve as their resident cleric, upon moving to the town he fell in love with the paladin who served the town, turns out the town was a ruse created by a demon and the paladin was a monster, despite that the paladin loved Luther dearly and they tried to escape, as punishment Luther was cursed to live and serve in the nightmare realm for all eternity and one of his eyes was replaced with the eye of the paladin, over the centuries he was stuck in the nightmare he was slowly turned into a monster

Ikirilla, a magpie Aarakocra who loves collecting shiny rocks and trinkets. Some say that she's an extremely powerful warlock searching for rare magical items, but she probably just likes the way they look. Probably. It's a bit hard to tell with her.

Urth Hornraven, a retired adventurer who took an arrow to the knee. His prices are extortionate.

Oda Roywyn Donella Garrick, crafter of fine musical instruments for the nobility. They're also about half the size of most of the instruments they make, and a third the size of their clients. This has yet to be a problem.

Iafai is a goblin woman who was "rescued" by heroes from a goblin's lair. Whether or not she appreciated the "rescue" has yet to be seen -- Iafai speaks very little Common and prefers animals to people. You'd better hope she's on your side, or the beasts she sells you might not be as loyal as you think.

Navarra Dyernina, the teenage daughter of a cobbler. She runs the shop sometimes, but often leaves the counter unattended to flirt with the daughter of the innkeeper down the lane.

Berrian Meliamne, who was until recently working as an employee at a seamstress' shop. After being given a fortune in tips by an eccentric nobleman, Berrian set off to become a fashion designer in his own right. He still can't believe it really happened, though...

Over the last week since I got home from uni I've just been drawing my dnd npcs in funny situations to be completely real

Second one is like a modern AU and a fourth NPC is holding the camera. She definitely clocked the two checking him out like a piece of meat and she definitely didn’t say anything about it to him.

the white thorns are a gang of space bandits from an original dnd campaign i wrote (and have run through 2 times) i love them very much

amnon (he/him) is an idiot who thinks he’s in charge, and is kept around because he’s the only one who knows how to pilot a spaceship nalla (she/her) is very quiet and solemn, but would kill for either of the other two. she can also bench press them both at the same time torrun (they/them) is the mechanic. they’re deaf and never walk on the ground, making them functionally a living jumpscare

I now know the feeling DMs have when they have to make up a npc either because they forgot to ask the players a question or to go along with a joke they made.

So while traveling down the road in a carriage, they (A Changeling Rogue Noble, Elven Bard and Gnome Artificer/Warlock) decided to get high and hotbox it. A bit later, who was driving came up and because they were high, I made up a chauffeur (and drew him afterwards)

So please pray for Symon Wholestone to be able to survive Barovia, he has a wife and 3 kids at home
