 I got so bored today I cleaned up my room, opened...

I finally - FINALLY - get sleep that lasts for than a couple of hours... and it's filled with horrific fucking nightmares. Fucking awesome. I'm shaking, that's how bad they were.

My weekend so far:

-Found out that the owners are trying to evict long-term residents by threatening to Ellis Act everyone, which we're all pretty sure is illegal for a number of reasons. I don't know what to do if we have to move, our rent's been under RSO since before the 90's and rent everywhere else isn't even comparable to ours, much less for someone with two cats.

-Got a letter saying I hadn't paid for June's loan payment and I'd have to pay double for July, when my bank records all indicate that it was paid and  processed before the letter was written. Calling them did no good, because their system is down and will be down until Monday or Tuesday. I'm fine with calling back, but I really didn't need this on top of stressing out about the above.
