Well considering it’s you and I... honesty is probably for the best.  Anything but brutal honesty seems to just end up with us upset with one another or hurting one another.

We were just friends who...had sex sometimes. I thought with what's going on between us I should tell you, even if I don't plan on doing anything like that again. Just total honesty.

[PM] Well, thanks for telling me that.  You really didn’t have to.  It’s not really any of my business who you were with before.  But I appreciate you wanting to tell me, with what’s going on between us.
