Sometimes Sam wasn’t the smartest tool in the box and he was oblivious to peoples advances towards him. Hell, if he hadn’t of been the first to confess his attraction to his boyfriend then he would never have known he was liked in return and so he had no idea that the woman had actually been hitting on him. “Huh? Nah, babe. She was just asking for directions, ya know? Ain’t nothin’ to be jealous over.”
Sam rolled his eyes at the males words. “Did it really take you this damn long to realise bein’ nice gets you nowhere?” He retorted bluntly. “Nice gets taken advantage of every damn time. Better to have no damn heart and stop givin’ a shit so dicks stop usin’ you as a damn doormat.”

Sam really had been trying to learn to control his temper and while he had been doing much better and flared up less than usual, his mouth could still on occasion run off on him and land him in a whole heap of trouble from one flippant comment.
He was a strong creature and one with speed but nobody could ever win a fight when so outnumbered and even with his new skills from the time he was dragged back home and put into war, he was just no match for the angry devil’s. Sam hadn’t gone down without a fight though and red flesh remained beneath his nails from scratches while knuckles bruised from the punches he had thrown but ultimately it was a battle that he had ended up losing.
He was left on the doorstep too his home. Body completely limp as he remained unconscious for a while later until his boyfriend returned back home. Arms moved him and still he didn’t stir for a few more moments, not until he heard the familiar sound of the younger males voice.
He was going to be alright?
His mind was a mess and in his groggy state he couldn’t even remember the attack but he knew something was wrong. His whole body was aching and cuts stung on his skin. “What..happened?”
