Daughters of the Moon

Backstory

The Story for my Art was based on a story that I made up to entertain my younger cousins a long time ago.

It was about a young mother who ran away from her home of abusive parents who poisoned her twin baby girls and being abandoned by her lover, running to a hidden lake.

To save their lives she begged to the moon to save her daughters but for a price, she had to give up her life in exchange.

The Moon agreed to this and had his brother of the Mirror World take one of the sisters, taking pity the Moon implanted memories of the woman in each world taking the form of a Rose.

On every full moon the sisters are able to be together if only for a day.
