Cold v. warmth? Although it's strange bc in other genres it's the opposite, like in kids movies

see, i thought about the cold vs warmth contrast as well! cause they also tend to make them look very pale

but i wonder when and why they decided to flip it for this genre specifically 🤔

I have so many questions about this subject, I've read and listened to a lot of stuff on this and the more I read the more I feel like we know veeeery little about it, how it works and what it impacts.

That’s exactly how I feel. The more I learn about it, the more mysterious it seems. I haven’t yet identified how much of it is junk science / superstition and how much is legitimate. But I’ve gotta say the arguments mostly seem pretty logical. I’m intrigued enough to try messing around with my diet a bit and see if I notice any obvious changes... we’ll see.

If you have any tips for (comparatively) reliable sources from which I can learn more about this topic, I would love to hear them!

The two cats who sometimes sit out on the balcony when I go to uni. You can't see it here but there's a net in front of the balcony so they're safe there, and when you stop to look up at them, sometimes they notice you and stare back 🥰

Ahhh that makes me so happy! Your response is exactly why I find it so rewarding to raise awareness about this stuff. So many people out there don’t really know how to talk about certain feelings until they have a word for them. I’m so pleased this is something you can relate to ♥
