When Emma finally returns to the Enchanted Forest, she does so with the intent to rescue the one that mattered most; Regina. However, not every fairy tale is a happy one, as it is clear to the Savior, Snow White and her resistance had already taken care of the Queen themselves.

Game Start (A Reflection on Round One of the Fandom Games, A Project with TedahFromTayla)

The first crack in the sky wasn't as much of a surprise to Kinzie as perhaps, it should have been. She twisted a knife in one hand; the cornucopia had been fun. Slipping in while the others went after one another, escaping with a weapon in just a few scarce moments. Throwing knives. Perfect. Not something someone from district ten would be expected to know how to use; but hey, hay bales had to be cut somehow, right? A small pack was the only other thing she had escaped with, and that was alright by her. Not too much to weigh her down as she ducked through another set of thick branches. Being light and fast would be an advantage in this damned game, and she wasn't all that opposed to being alone.

The second cracking of the cannon in the darkened sky came only about five minutes before the capitol insignia painted itself across the arena's upper limit. The first two were already down, and neither of them was Tedah. That would be the next thing then- finding Tedah. Though Kinzie was not opposed to being alone in this game, for it could be a boon as easily as it could be a danger, district ten wasn't the strongest in the games, at least not just yet. Together, though, they could only become stronger as a team. Alliances had already begun to show themselves in this game, and there would only be more.

On the third morning, the third shot was only a few minutes after her very own steel had nearly made its way into Tedah's heart. She was jumpy; though she couldn't imagine the other tributes weren't feeling the same. Three days, and three cannon shots. Over an interesting- enough meal of fish, which Kinzie refused to eat, and a rather convenient goose, which she had no qualms about tearing into, the two heard the fourth shot reverberate through the near- silent forest, a constant reminder that nowhere here was safe, and their only option was to win, or to die.

“Kinzie... Do you think we can make it?” Tedah asked quietly, and the red- head looked up to the darkening sky in thought.

“I know we can.” She wasn't sure exactly if her words were a lie, it was too early in the games to be sure. District ten was not the strongest district, but it could be. The sponsors, one of which was Kinzie's own older sister, would come through. The district's inhabitants would come through. She believed in them to help her stay alive- and she had already gotten one of those god- sent silver beeping monstrosities in the sky at this point. Of course, anything could always happen, as the cold blade in her hand reminded her, once more. The two of them still had their fair share of tricks up their sleeves.

Well hello there, Kat! I’m relieved to still be in the games, and exstatic that my piece was in the top ten! The next round is going to be even more exciting than this one, now that everyone is going to be raising the bar.
