What if Dapper/420 never met Fawkes? Where do you think they would be?

((First off, YOU ARE EVIL.

Second, considering their first first meeting, that means 420 would’ve been thirsty that night and Dapper would’ve had a hard time getting to Las Vegas.

In the long run? Dapper and 420 would’ve stayed as drifters, flirted with the others, and stayed on the run. Dapper would not be in love, and 420 would not be questioning her ability to be loved. If you count little incidences, like Rita shooting her, there’d certainly be a difference, but mostly on who would save her. And the boys would really be the ones worse off (nitro addiction and fighting being the main problems that Dapper/420 have interferred in in their own way).

But otherwise… Dapper/420 would be the same as they were before they met the boys. As much as I don’t want to admit it, there wouldn’t be a big change if they simply didn’t meet. If anything, it’d be that Fawkes and Jericho would be worse off then Dapper and 420.))

What if 420 and Fawkes met in WWII?

I get the feeling they did meet. They just didn’t know it. Nor did they really get to know each other. It was just a night where 420 happened to be at the base Fawkes was stationed at. Both were at a bar, though opposite sides of the place. 420 was having a rough night, drinking away, and happened to notice another automaton there. She ordered and sent a drink to him, then left.

I doubt either remembered the other. Fawkes only heard of 420 through rumors because of her skill as an assassin (I got it from here, thank you very much), and even if he saw her, she mostly dressed in complete black (minus her green gloves) and hid her face. And I don’t think 420 would’ve remembered either since she wasn’t damaged at that point in time and in need of his help.))
