I've recently seen a post on here (which i can not for the life of me find again) regarding Lace Hardings writer essentially giving everyone the permission to create their own cannon, in one form or another. (Can't remember exact working so don't quote me)
So here is mine so far;
Right after the events of the inquisition, the warden queen makes contact with the inquisitor (Lavellan) and asks to meet both her and First Enchanter Fiona. Once at Skyhold, she gives everything she has found/discovered/learned over to Fiona and Vivienne, and Dorian. (Because the more help, the better)
It takes months, but they finally figure out the cure to being a warden. Warden thanks them all, gets that knowledge back to the wardens themselves, then returns home to Alistair. Curing them both and allowing them to finally have the family the pair wants.
By the time trespasser happens, the warden has had their first child. Hawk has returned to Kirkwall, especially now Varric is vice count, and I'd finally able to live somewhat peacefully with Fenris and their own kids.
When Veilguard begins, the Inquisitor has been able to forewarn The Warden and Hawk of how close Varric is to finding Sola's meaning both have time to ready their respective homes giving them a better fighting chance. Kirkwall is already mostly evacuating to Starkhaven before real trouble hits, and Denarem and Redcliff are both well on their way to being fortified. Meaning that as much as both places are hit hard by the events of Veilguard, they survive.
At the end of Veilguard, any of the wardens who wish to finally just leave after all the fighting they've done are told of the cure and given it. Those forced to join the wards because they where blighted during the events of the gods are giving it automatically.
Some wardens decide to remain as part of the order. But they take on no one new. As this was "the blight to end all blights"
And there you have it. My canon as it stands. 😅
