okay, so if you're da trio all met, following you canon playthroughs, what would happen?

I really had to think about this one, sticking to their true canon personalities and decisions..

Starting off, I stand by the belief that Sylaisa Lavellan and Raela Mahariel would get along for the most part. They would respect each other as capable warriors and feel a kinship as Dalish who now lead lives that have taken them far away from the clans and homes they once knew, and through the years they've both faced cruel remarks and prejudices as elves who married human men from both respective people.

The biggest flaw regarding a relationship between those two is that Sylaisa is one of the many who hero-worships the Warden-Commander, much to Raela's discomfort, and though they're both highly regarded leaders, in the case of an unexpected confrontation Sylaisa would be the one to step aside and put Raela's opinions and methods above her own, believing her to be a superior commander.

Still, this could also diffuse some potential tensions, since Raela, being a commander for over a decade as opposed to Sylaisa's few years, would probably just presume that she'd be the one in charge, and if not she would still subconsciously take command and give orders. (I also have a related headcanon that if the Warden and the Inquisitor were even in the same room then several people, such as Cullen, Leliana, and Cassandra, would look to the Warden as the default commander in spite of their loyalties to the Inquisitor as well).

Sylaisa and Garrick wouldn't have any real hostilities between them, but they both differ when it comes to how much freedom mages should have. While Garrick strongly believes that mages should have the right to rule over themselves, Sylaisa feels that they should have some restrictions to protect themselves and others, since magic in the wrong hands is as dangerous as any random lunatic wielding a sword. Additionally, unlike Garrick and Raela, Sylaisa does not approve of the actions that Anders resorted to in Kirkwall, though she confesses that the Mage-Templar war was inevitable. Still, all of them agree that subjecting them to the cruelty of the Chantry and it's methods is not the way to go.

Initially I thought that Raela and Garrick Hawke would get along well, with both of them being openly supportive of mage rights and welfare despite not being mages themselves. Garrick's love and loyalty towards Anders would also earn him approval points from Raela, who has always been rather protective of the mage, but what would ultimately divide them is Garrick supporting Merrill and her work with the corrupted eluvian.

While part of her would understand and respect what Merrill was trying to do, Raela would only remember the eluvian as the thing that killed her first love and took her away from her family, and Keeper Marethari's subsequent death to save Merrill would only cement Raela's anger and hurt. Even after Merrill destroys the eluvian Raela would still feel betrayed, made worse by the fact that it was not only someone Raela loved and trusted like a sister, but someone who knew about the eluvian’s history and the pain it caused the Sabrae Clan.

Tamlen’s death is one of the few regrets Raela can’t seem to shake even as the years go by. Because of it Raela can't bring herself to forgive Merrill, in spite of Alistair and Garrick's combined attempts to smooth things over, and the crumbled relationship between Raela and Merrill would just strain things between her and the Champion. However, things between them do ease up a little after Bethany is transferred to the Ferelden Grey Wardens, and Garrick sees just how much his sister admires and respects Raela as a competent commanding officer.

Overall, I think they'd at least function well together when it comes to combat and leading their respective parties, and thought some of their personal opinions do clash they're all capable of putting it aside for the sake of fighting the good fight. But Raela and Sylaisa would still hate Garrick's passion for puns.

Shit, I remembered this episode of The Nanny and this would happen...

A Rivaini seer wandering near Highever randomly tells Fenris that Garrett is going to end up in bed with a leggy blond.

Naturally he assumes it's Anders and gets paranoid that the mage will show up in their home.

Garrett also hurt his back and is bedridden for a few days.

They have Siri's bday party at the house, and the drinks get a bit out of hand. Fenris is outside guarding the house in case Anders shows up, but then he decides, "Wait, this is foolish," and heads inside.

He finds Siri passed out at the table and heads to his and Garrett's room.

ZEVRAN'S DRUNK OFF HIS BUTT AND SPRAWLED ON THE BED NEXT TO GARRETT, WHO'S TRYING TO INCH AWAY AND FAILING BECAUSE HIS BACK.

Fenris points at Zevran and shouts, "HE'S THE LEGGY BLOND."

Zev's eyes snap open and he asks, "You think I'm leggy?"

Garrett: And their voices?

Alistair: V-voices?

Siri: Yeah, you know. Their VOICES.

Garrett: They can undress you with those voices alone!

Alistair: Hm.

Alistair: Fenthari?

Fenthari: BLOOD OF THE SYLVANS, WHAT?

Alistair: O_O

Alistair: A-am I undressed?

Garrett: *snork*
